The Benyounes Quartet, one of the UK’s most successful young professional ensembles, will open Belfast Music Society’s annual Northern Lights Mini-Fest with a fantastic programme including works by Haydn and Mendelssohn.

Over the last decade the Benyounes Quartet has forged a reputation for fresh, vivid performances and interpretations of refinement and  integrity. The Quartet’s  international accolades  include prizes at both the 2014 Orlando International String  Quartet Competition  and the 2012 International Sandor Vegh String Quartet Competition. They  have established a   presence at major  venues including  Wigmore Hall, King’sPlace, Vienna  Konzerthaus, Queen  Elizabeth Hall and the  Purcell Room and at  festivals such as  Verbier, Aix-en-Provence, Aldeburgh and West Cork Chamber Music.  

This event  is based on 1m social distancing seating. Track and Trace visitor log will be used. The audience are required to wear a mask. Hand sanitiser will be available on arrival.
