Join us for an evening of poetry readings with Kevin Graham, Eiléan Ní Chuilleanáin and Molly Twomey
The Gallery Press is recognized at home and abroad as Ireland’s pre-eminent publisher of poetry and drama in the 21st century and, in recent years, has showcased many of their poets at Gallery Goes events throughout Ireland.
Kevin Graham’s poems have appeared widely in print as well as on radio. His first collection, The Lookout Post, a book of uncommon poise and range, was published this year.
Eiléan Ní Chuilleanáin is one of Ireland’s leading poets and served as Ireland Professor of Poetry (2016 – 2019). She has won the Patrick Kavanagh Award, the Irish Times Award for Poetry, the O’Shaughnessy Award and the International Griffin Poetry Prize. Her numerous collections from Gallery Press include The Sun Fish (2010), The Boys of Blue Hill (2015) and The Mother House (2020).
Molly Twomey has been published in Poetry Ireland Review, Banshee, The Irish Times, Mslexia and The Stinging Fly, and has been chosen for Poetry Ireland’s Introductions series. Already in 2023 her debut collection, Raised Among Vultures, won the Southword Debut Poetry Collection Award and was shortlisted for the Seamus Heaney First Collection award.
