Join The Dots – Artists’ Walk

Join the Irish Society of Performance Designers for a community walk and talk through the city streets as part of Belfast International Arts Festival.
Designers, theatre, dance, and performance makers of all kinds are invited to meet each other while strolling through Belfast. This informal event will be led by artist and designer Lian Bell, and the aim is for us all to have expanded our network by the time we disband.
The walk will take place Saturday November 2nd at at 2:30pm sharp. The meeting point is the MAC Belfast. We will walk and chat for about 90 minutes before an optional drink and debrief at the MAC bar. We are also offering all attendees a discount for tickets to The Gate House at 5pm in St Anne’s Cathedral and Aurora: A Modern Myth at 7:30pm in the MAC.
This event is open to theatre makers of all disciplines and from all parts of Ireland. We may be able to offer a contribution to your travel costs if needed.
This is an outdoor, walking based event so do dress appropriately. In the case of very bad weather, the event will move in doors. Please be mindful that due to the nature of this event, it may not be suited to your access needs.
Join The Dots is a series of informal community-growing activities run by ISPD and funded by the Arts Council.
