Look Up! | Walking Tour

When walking around Belfast city centre we usually don’t stop to ‘look up’ and take the time to ‘look up’ at some of the fine carvings or ghost signs (signage that alludes to the original usage of the building) above street level.

This new tour led by Peter McCabe takes a leisurely stroll around the perimeter of City Hall pointing out features that some of us have walked past literally hundreds of times but have perhaps never noticed. A highlight is the sad story of the bust of Princess Victoria Adelaide Mary Louisa, the eldest child of Queen Victoria.
