New Playwrights Showcase

The Lyric once again teams up with the Festival to invite you to a series of performed readings showcasing the exceptional talents of new and upcoming writers. Clare McMahon, Annie Keegan, Clare Monnelly, Ross Wylie, Sarah Gordon and Rían Smith were selected from a record-breaking number of submissions to take part in the New Playwrights Programme.

Audiences will have the chance to see these new works for the first time, presented in dynamic double-bill readings on consecutive evenings – an exclusive opportunity to be the first to experience these new voices and talent.
