Turin Brakes

Turin Brakes released their 10th album Spacehopper in May, their first new music in over 3 years. A milestone for a band whose debut was over 24 years ago – The Mercury Prize nominated The Optimist LP.

The 4-piece is made up of founders Olly Knights and Gale Paridjanian, plus longterm collaborators Rob Allum and Eddie Myer. They followed The Optimist with Ether Song in 2003, a Top 5 album in the UK which featured the hit single ‘Pain Killer (Summer Rain)’.

Turin Brakes understand the art of longevity and ‘Spacehopper’ is a worthy addition to a rich catalogue of albums.
