Northern Ireland Tourist Guide Association
Belfast in the late 1770’s was known as a city of the Enlightenment with a flourishing intellectual and cultural life. Some of its leading citizens played a part in the ant-slavery movement and the founding of the United Irishmen in 1791 was a time of a shared history across the community. Come on this tour to learn about this fascinating time in the city’s history.
Following on from the success of previous years, Cultural Walking Tours have become a welcome part of the Festival.
