Terms and Conditions of Entry to Cristal Palace event

  • This is an alcohol-free event. No alcohol to be permitted or consumed on site.
  • Under 16’s must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
  • Tickets are limited to a maximum of 4 persons per booking and must be shown on entry to the site. You can download the e-ticket to your smartphone or print a copy.
  • This is a ticketed event and only those patrons with tickets will be permitted entry.
  • Every effort will be made to admit latecomers (with tickets), but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
  • Should you leave the site you may not be able to re-enter; this will be at the discretion of the stewards during the event and may be dependent on the site reaching capacity.
  • Gates open at 6.30pm. The event starts at 8.30pm and will finish at 9.40pm approx. It will be followed by a short DJ set.
  • Food and refreshment facilities available on site.
  • No chairs, furniture, barbeques, glass bottles, alcohol or naked flames to be brought on site.
  • Before entering the site you may be subject to a search.
  • Umbrellas will be permitted but their use may be restricted.
  • Once on site you assume all risk of injury and all responsibility for property loss, destruction or theft, and release organisers, sponsors, performers, venue and their employees from any liability.
  • No dogs except assistance dogs.
  • Please be mindful of others on site and respect social distancing. It is important that we ensure a Covid safe environment and follow Public Health guidance to protect all those in attendance.
  • This event takes place outdoors, so please dress accordingly.
  • No bicycles are permitted on site.
  • No parking available on site. There are carparks nearby and we encourage those driving to use them or take public transport.
  • Belfast International Arts Festival has the right to refuse admission.
  • Belfast International Arts Festival has the right to refuse entry to those under the influence of alcohol and who would be deemed by the organisers to be a hazard to themselves and/or others.
  • Belfast International Arts Festival reserves the right to make any alterations to the advertised details for the event.
  • Please be aware that Belfast International Arts Festival will have an official photographer and videographer onsite.
  • Smoke effects, strobe lighting, lasers and loud noises may be used at this event.
  • Ticket holders understand that the arrangements for Cristal Palace may be affected by circumstances beyond the control of the organisers, inclusive of restrictions connected to COVID19, which may result in a delay, postponement or cancellation of the event without notice and that Belfast International Arts Festival shall not have any liability to ticket holders in respect of such delay, postponement or cancellation.
  • Entry will be subject to available space.
