Canada Room, Queen’s University

An imposing staircase leads from the Black and White Hall, just inside the main University doors to this luxurious first floor space enjoying magnificent views of the University front lawns. The Canada Room, so called because of its links with previous Canadian alumni, is the outer of the two rooms and the Canadian theme is carried on in the maple leaf motifed light fittings and carpet. The Canada Room and Council Chamber is a very popular venue for civil wedding ceremonies with the Minstrel Gallery adding a church-like appeal.

An excellent choice for a smaller meeting or dinner, the Canada Room and Council Chamber has the advantage of housing two adjoining spaces within one unit ideal for accommodating your meeting and catering needs within the same location.
